This is working with a group normally made up of a leaders and direct reports where I support them in achieving organisational goals and required outcomes. This can cover any areas that are relevant to the team and current performance challenges. Some examples I have seen and supported on are where:

  • Goals are unclear, or targets may not be compelling aligned with the broader organisational strategy and culture
  • The way the team makes decisions is unclear or clunky
  • Limited rules as a team and how they measure themselves and focus on what they stand for – Team Values
  • poor strategic dexterity and lack of focus on the environment in which they all impact
  • limited trust amongst the team members leading to lack of focus, individuals going off at a tangent and communication that is misaligned and confusing
